1. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review the details carefully and contact us immediately if any correction is required.

No changes can be made once production has started.

2. Custom Photography Products

All photographic prints and products available on the Website are made to order according to the customer’s selected specifications.

Each work is individually produced upon request and is considered unique and personalized.

3. No Returns or Exchanges

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, custom-made and personalized products are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

As a result, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, except in the case of a damaged or defective product upon delivery.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the Website are shown in the applicable currency based on the customer’s geographic location, as determined automatically (for example: euros (€), British pounds (£), or US dollars ($)).

The price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the final contractual price.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the Website.

Shipping costs are included in the displayed price. No additional shipping fees will be charged.

Daniel Bay reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, orders are charged based on the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and circumstances beyond our control.

Daniel Bay shall not be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or external events.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All photographs, artworks, and content sold on the Website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Daniel Bay.

Purchase of a product grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and display the work for private purposes only.

Any reproduction, commercial use, distribution, modification, or publication without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Daniel Bay shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products sold on the Website.

In all cases, Daniel Bay’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Personal data collected during the ordering process is used solely for order processing and delivery purposes.

Such data is never sold or shared with third parties, except where necessary to fulfil the order or where required by law.
